The Hunchback of Notre Dame vs Mulan
Both films were released after a dissapointing predecessor, and both stories have a Любовь plot, but is very minor. There is not much similar about these films, as thre protagonist of HOND is a male, and the protagonist is a female. The results for this one is not a suprise at all, as HOND is definitely еще overlooked than Mulan, and that Мулан is еще balanced than HOND. People сказал(-а) thar Мулан is a bit better in most aspects, and that the gargoyles really ruined The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Most people liked both Фильмы and consider them masterpieces, but Мулан is a bit еще popular, and еще balanced. Мулан took 71% of the votes, moving to the semi-finals, and HOND joining the round 1 losers.
The Little Mermaid vs Аладдин vs The Lion King
These three films are easily the most popular, and a few of the best Дисней films out there, so we all knew this battle was going to be close. These films were released at the peak of the Дисней Renaissance, and renewed people's interest in Дисней after their reputation faded in the 70s and 80s. These films have the most memorable songs, the best Дисней couples and characters, the best Villains, and the best animation. When this Опрос finishsed, it ended as a THREE WAY TIE. I knew it was going to be close, but this was too close. Another movie was supposed to be eliminated after Hunchback, but at the last minute, nothing. I was praying that someone would break the tie, but nope. Each film got 33% of the votes, and all are moving to the semi-finals. I guess that is what happens when Ты release three of Disney's best at a battle of the best.
Since only Hunchback went home, there will be TWO Фильмы being put to the curb, and the remaining two will fight in the final round of Renaissance Film vs Renaissance Film.
