World famous photographer Annie Liebovitz was recruited by Дисней for the год of a Million Dreams campaign to promote Disneyland and Walt Дисней World by persuading some of her celebrity Друзья to pose as beloved Дисней characters. Only a few shots have been done so far, but 10 или 12 (including Peter Pan and the Little Mermaid) are in development. The фото will run as a series in magazines including Vogue, Vanity Fair, W, GQ, Conde Nast Traveller, Cookie and The New Yorker. And, with luck, they'll be available as prints, too.

cressida I love these photos and wish she would take more until she used up all of main movies/characters! In fact I've just read that "Leibovitz, who will soon dress another set of celebrities as Peter Pan, Tinker Bell and Little Mermaid Ariel..." Now who would I cast in these roles? It's too easy to cast Lindsay Lohan as Ariel & I don't believe she deserves the honor so I would instead cast Amy Davidson (8 Simple Rules) as the Little Mermaid. I'm completely stuck on Peter Pan & Tinkerbell. While Tinkerbell is a sly vixen who calls to mind a Paris Hilton, I hope to GOD that won't come true. Another pairing I could see is Anne Hatheway as Belle. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

katie89 I could definately see anne hathaway as belle or snow white. meryl streep would make a GREAT evil stepmother/queen. that would be awesome. so far my favorite photo is david beckham as prince phillip. i love him!

10. Aurora-Sleeping Beauty

She is by far the most dull and boring DP ever! Her whole role in the movie was to sleep and the few traits she had were those of the stereotypical princess. I don't necessarily hate her, but I feel like even if the story did say she had to sleep for the whole movie, they could have made her a tiny bit еще interesting in the time she was awake.

Why I Think Elsa Would've Made a Good Villain

Now, just by Чтение the title, you're probably thinking "great, another Elsa hate article", but trust me it's nothing like that.

I thought Elsa was a great deuteragonist, despite how much her Фаны ruin her for me, but I think it would still be amazing if Дисней had kept their original idea and made her a villain. She just has so much potential! She has good motives, she could send a good message about redemption and I think she would be one of the most developed and unique villain Дисней could ever make.
