Hi I'm looking for a new dog. What kind?

I am 15 and want a щенок that will grow but will stay small. They also can't shed. My roomate/sister doesn't want to get a dog that sheds. It must also be a cheap dog. Thanks!

well I have an elkhound mixed with lab I Любовь her go to ur nearest pound или SPCA center and get a dog around 2 (after the "let's eat every thing that's fluffy" stage ) ask them as many Вопросы as posible like how much would it be to get it yearly shots and is it a family dog? and make sure its fixed and house broken DO NOT get an out side dog they WILL get fleas ! they are prone to get sick easyer trust me and don't get a long haired dog my dog is long haired and we have to sweep our floors every day. and get a girl dog guys are very territorial.
