I think it would be interesting, but they definitely would't make a good couple, because Elijah is very moral, Katherine certainly isn't. I can't imagine him being with Elena or Carolia and absolutely not with Bonnie.

I enjoy him with Katerina. Elena- she's with the Salvatores, Caroline- has 2 hybrids to deal with and Bonnie- well they are both all morals, so maybe. But Elijah showed that he cares for Katerina so yeah she's the one:)

Elijah (now) doesn't love Katherine, because of what she did with Klaus and him in the past.
Bonnie belongs to Damon and Caroline belongs to Klaus.

i like elena and elijah...because even though elijah had never met elena he had a cure to save katerina before she fled and became a vampire he still worked to save elena's life and was honest with her. Ok, Elena hasnt been honest but has voiced to Bonnie that Elijah worked to find a solution to save her life and now she has found herself in a similar situation, maybe Elena will find a way to save his ? Hopefully, cuz ive notice the originals have a saying "Always, Forever" to be loyal to one another and Elijah said this to Elena, so maybe he's saying he will always be loyal to Elena.
