Evan received his third dose of Marqibo on Friday and continues to do well, clinically. He has experienced еще of the side effects this time (i.e. numbness in fingers, constipation, etc.), but nothing too problematic.

He also has continued the chelation therapy (i.e. nightly 12 час infusions of desferal) to pull the overload of iron out of his blood. Being on chelation therapy has helped to reduce his iron and improve his сердце function. However, his ALT has not reduced as much being on it this time as it did before. This is the one liver function test...
