Hi~!
I can understand why fanfiction.net can be confusing...Normally when people write fanfiction they write in a Письмо program on their computers (such as Notepad,Wordpad,,Microsoft Word etc.). When Ты get to publishing on fanfiction.net Ты go to "document manager" where Ты browse for the fanfic that Ты saved on to your computer (from the Письмо program Ты chose), then Ты label it whatever Ты want and choose "Story"...After that is uploaded Ты go to "New Story" under Опубликовать and choose your "story type" and "category" then after Ты click continue it should seem pretty easy because the rest is filling out information and such and at the bottom Ты should be able to choose the document that Ты had uploaded in the document manager..
Hope that didn't seem to confusing...
Every fanfic Автор on the site has to have a waiting period...As annoying as it is..I also had to go through the time wait >.<
