How quick is your computer? I had the same thing on my last pc which ran really slow. Now I have a faster pc with a better network connection, and I haven't got that problem anymore.
It could be that Ты need to change your browser. Do Ты use Google Chrome или Mozilla FireFox? I recommend using Google Chrome. Both Chrome and FireFox are very quick internet browsers, but FireFox uses a lot of cookies, which slow down your system.
I'd say, install Google Chrome, if Ты haven't done that already. If not... I think it's your computer then.

Exactly. Go to www.google.com/chrome and install Google Chrome on your computer. It's free, faster than regular internet, and hasn't got those bothersome toolbars
