Is there a way to change a club's Icon/Banner without the creator?

So I joined some клубы that don't have an Иконка или banner and I just want to know of there is a way to change it. The creators of the клубы have been inactive for years but is there still a way to change it?

But before Ты do, make sure everyone else on the club is okay with the change and the banner Ты chose! Don't go behind people's backs, that just annoys them.

Thanks for the Совет I'll make a Форум so people can see the banner that I want and if they don't like it they Показать which one the want and we'll vote from there. Thank you!
