Does Fanpop choose when Ты receive caps?

I don't know if Трофеи are a thing anymore. They haven't been doing the holiday ones, to the best of my knowledge. If they are still doing them, it'll be the exact день that Ты joined that Ты get the кепка, колпачок (like if Ты signed up the 17th, on the 17th of this год Ты should get the cap)

LiptonGold is right with the milestone caps. I got mine back in January, and it goes by the день Ты joined, not just the month. As for the other caps, no clue. I haven't got a holiday, lucky, или Болталка кепка, колпачок for months now.
