That's a new feature (for 1/2 months). All three are once useable per club. Ты can to suggest any of them and change that club's icon/banner/background или all 3 of them. It would take 5 Золото to suggest each of them. Ты also have to have 100 Золото for suggesting. After Ты suggest therd would a polk about that where others can add options. Same Золото rules goes here. Even those who want to vote in those Опросы have to spend 5 golds and have to have at least 100 Золото with them. :-P

I thought voting on the Опросы cost 5 gold, and is free if Ты have a medal there. I didn't know starting a Опрос up cost gold, but it isn't something I've tried out because every club I've suggested ideas for has been too small for the feature.
