What does warning someone actually do, I've been warned 5 times, and I don't really know why... any help?

Ты mean on chat? i think it does nothing. some people think its funny to warn people for no reason. then again if Ты were misbehaving: stop. =P

Once I just went on to the chat, сказал(-а) "hiiiiiz" and got warned like 1000 times and then ibwas banned for 10 minutes. :(
