Where do I ask my question?

This Статья attempts to distinguish what sorts of Вопросы should be Опубликовано with the different "question" features on Fanpop, and was last edited on 31 March 2009.

Now that Fanpop has added another "Ooh! Ooh! I get to ask a question!" feature, the Вопрос "What is the difference between all these features?" is even еще appropriate than ever before. One can ask a Вопрос in a Forum, in a Quiz, in a Pick, или in an Answer (Request). Which one should be used for a дана question?

This topic may already exist as a soapbox but I have to say that things on certain spots seem to being rated one звезда CONSTANTLY. People have complained in Форумы on еще than one occasion, no Фан would rate something one звезда if they liked the subject the spot was dedicated to, has anyone else noticed this on any spots?

It happens on the One дерево холм, хилл spot, and others related to it, I'm sure that someone else is really annoyed about this!! It is really childish! Sometimes it is pages of content all rated one звезда and somehow I feel convincedthat it is NOT a coincidence!!!

Okay, this has been brewing in me for a while and I think that now is the time to bring it all out into the open.... I speak of the burgeoning conflict that is the rating-to-comment ratio.

Lets break this down; On numerous occasions, I have added various Ссылки to many different sites, and always venture back to see what people think of the link, или their reaction to it (be that positive, negative, или even criticism towards me). But over the last few months it has become increasingly obvious that people are rating the link, but leaving no comment!

On some клубы this is not a problem. However in еще active spots people tend to check mark the box so people will view their pick more. It is VERY stupid there is three types of picks spoiler, not spoiler, and ones that need to be marked spoiler. I shall now give some examples of each.

I'm not leaving, munchkins..I know Ты are slightly disappointed now and were waiting for some eDrama (or happy to see me FINALLY desert the pop to live on my farm full time and stop clogging your "answers") but it's just boring old me sharing my thoughts on reporting. Forgive me..it's Sunday..and I had the time.
I sometimes stumble across obvious spam (yes, I'm talking aboot Ты chinese shoe and handbag sellers!) on this site that has been there for months and I wonder why it was never removed. I also see Тесты where people have been informed of a mistake and yet months later the wrong quiz...

So last night, August the 2nd/3rd, depending on where Ты were, I witnessed a phenomenon I have not seen on the internet for quite some time, I've seen glimmers of it, hints and comments, but I've not had it so blatantly thrust in my face until last night. Yep, they do!

As a rule, I wouldn't make a big deal about this, but it has been bothering me for a long time. I understand the importance of correct grammar, spelling, and the use of the proper punctuation, and what I am about to say has nothing to do with this. I also understand having an opinion that differs with another person, but when somebody makes a pick или writes a Комментарий it takes time and effort to do so. What bothers me is when people leave mean Комментарии about how either their Вопрос is stupid или even how stupid the person is for making a pick. STOP STEALING!

Something that in my opinion is very important, is giving credit where it is due. If Ты find something on the web and want to share it, then feel free to post it. However, it is extremely disrespectful to claim that Ты created that content if Ты didn`t или simply not bother to credit.

Lately I`ve been coming across a lot of Обои of say a celebrity where the user who uploaded the picture, gives themselves credit. It is certainly possible...

Since I've been Чтение so many Статьи about the levels of Fanpop users, and because this месяц is my one год anniversary of being on Fanpop, I've decided to set a Список of goals in the upcoming год of Fanpop. Ты know, like New Years Resolutions, only a месяц earlier.
