Who the hell is scar and why is he killing all the alchemists???

Scar is an Ishivalin who was in the great war but did nothing siugniffigant his brother was researching alchmey and perfected it on his brother scar however an explsion had happend near them killing his family and wounding scar , scar in a blind rage woke up and killed winiry rockbells parents he is killing all the state alchmists because they killed his race and his family. however what he doesn't know is that (spoiler) it was actually the homculies envy that did started the war between two countryies

Scar mad at all alchemist coz alchemist kill his people/clan, and made a scar on his face. This is all i can remember...

Scar is a Ishbalan who suffered in the Ishbalan war.His brother was trying to put tatoos all over his body about alchemy,and when (spoiler)Envy transformed into a soldier and shot a little girl,war shot up,making Ishbalans furious and trying to attack the soldiers.They then sent out state alchemist to try to kill all of the Ishbalans for their rampage against them,even Roy was the with Hues.When Scar(not his real name,btw)was running with his brother,Kimblee attacked all the Ishbalans running with his philosephers stone in his mouth,making an explosion.When Scars brother woke up,he saw Scar with no arm,dieing,and he cut off his arm and gave it to Scar,making him die instead.

After,he woke up in the"hospital"seeing Winrys mom and dad(they worked to help Ishbalans)in one series of FMA(spoiler),Roy killed them,but in this one,Scar killed them after he woke up and saw his arm,he went bizzerk(you know what i mean :3).He goes out to kill state alchemist now because of them killing his people,homes,and his brother,which he loved alot.His arm is the arm his brother had,so thats why he can do "alchemy"like that since its all over his arm.He mail goal is to kill Kimblee.
