Who knows what console FMA the Blue Birds illusion is for and where can i find it?

No idea. It's a fan-made illegal game (in other words, it violates copyright 'cause they didn't buy the rights from Arakawa before "borrowing" her characters and selling the game), and only 100 copies of it were made. It's very rare and hard to find, from what I've heard.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Bluebird's Illusion (鋼の錬金術師［青鳥の虛像 Hagane no Renkinjutsushi: Aotori no Kyozou) is a Fullmetal Alchemist Манга doujin-soft created by a group of four Chinese университет students called Neoland OceanX in 2003. It is a visual novel for the PC and sold only a hundred professional copies before it was hit by copyright infringement and went out of production. Currently it is only available online in illegal downloads in Chinese, but a group called Bluebird's Illusion Translation Project is working to create and English patch and is 50% complete.
