Wow. I don't agree with Renly or the Hound. But the rest is just fine. Varys should be there instead of the Hound, and someone else instead of Renly... But this is a cool list anyway.

You're right I don't see how anyone can put them so high but otherwise I like it. I'm really impressed that the person put Robb in 2nd place, it's rare to see:)
