50 Cent Trashes ‘Empire’ With Comparison To ‘Glee’

Um, rude! 50 Cent recently trashed not one, but 

of our favorite TV shows and, frankly, we’re not too happy about it. Check out the insulting remarks.

Watch your mouth, 50, or we’ll stick Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) on you! Rapper 50 Cent has just likened Fox’s long running musical series 

and, well, the comparisons are not exactly flattering. Don’t be jealous, 50!

Perhaps he’s just bitter since his own musical series, 

, isn’t half as popular as either of these shows.

, and it’s clear that he’s not the smash hit series’ biggest fan. “It’s like 

with a little hip-hop music in it,” he told MTV. Right, but coming from 50, that was definitely intended to be an insult.

50’s bad feelings about the new musical drama, which along with Taraji also stars Terrence Howard, could be due to the similarities it shares with his own drama, 

is lacking, 50 said the series should take notes from the show on which he stars. “I feel like the story line is moving 

 fast,” he said. “My character didn’t show up till episode four in

because I was in jail for a long period of time. Taraji came home on the first episode after 17 years…what happened to the rest of the story?”

Okay, so 50 has some issues with Taraji’s backstory on

Empire. But Taraji in real life, well, that’s a very different story.

“Taraji, you fine motherf–er, I’m happy to date you one day,” 50 said. “How you know this ain’t the love connection connection we been waiting for girl? You know I say things I don’t mean.”

Not gonna lie, even though we’re kinda bitter about 50’s 

diss, we could still totally get behind he and Taraji as a couple!

50 cent is too damn old to keep acting like he’s in high school. He is always trying to start beef with somebody. You would think being shot so many times and living through it would make him a less confrontational person.

He needs to deal with whats going on with his own damn show and stop worrying about someone else’s.

Maybe he is the one that needs to take notes on what the other shows are doing.

Empire has the best music out there and it’s all original.

I like Glee but they don’t sing original music, they cover songs from other artists.

I like the fact that they didn’t take forever to release her from jail. That is boring!

When that show Prison break was on, I stopped watching because it took forever for them to break out!

I lost interest, as well as others because the show went downhill pretty fast.

I like that they show bits and pieces of the past as the show goes along. It helps to show why certain people are the way that they are.

Empire is awesome. One of my favorite shows. Cookie steals the show.
