sometimes with some storylines like the shelby/rachel one ! they just pop up from no where some times lol

I was moaning about that recently, lol.
I do think it's one of the show's biggest faults. They have a real problem with continuity and flow of the plots. As well as the ones you mentioned, I think they were the same with Kurt's crush on Finn, he goes ages seeming to be moving past it, suddenly tries to trick them into living together, then he doesn't like the idea because Burt getting close to Finn hurt his feelings, then out of nowhere he was acting like he'd never been upset and throwing parties over the idea of them living together. It's like half the characters on the show have recurring bouts of amnesia or something.

Yes! It's weird. Like in the episode Funk, where Jesse says 'I loved you' before he breaks an egg on her head, I don't understand what happened between them, why was he so mean to her. The explanation he gave before 'another one bites the dust' is to weird to do that to Rachel....And Will and Emma, like nothing happened?? Also with Quinn. I miss some story lines.

I guess you have it easier accepting it when you're not a shipper and just take the show as it is, crazy and senseless

This annoys the shit outta me. Like what happened to Jesse/Rachel? He was mad that she made that music video, but then they got back together and he helped her with the whole 'mom issue' and now he's back with Vocal Adrenaline and egging her? He said that he loved her but when he did stop loving her?

The same goes for Puck/Quinn; I feel like I'm missing something! And Finn/Puck; apparently they still hate each other but we haven't seen anything about it since sectionals. I'm sorry, but this really bothers me about the show.

Its the worst part of the show...

well about the WEmma storyline..Jayma Mays asked to be written out of the show for a few eps so she could record a voice for the smurfsmovie

First off, the Wemma storyline was kind of put on hold, but it didn't just randomly end. She did tell him that she was done with him for the moment when she found out about the Shelby and April thing.
But I do think the Rachel and Jesse thing was kind of random. I guess they reason it went bad that fast was because when they first got together she said that it would be hard for them to be together if they were on seperate teams. So maybe that's why it was like that. But I don't really know...

Sometimes it bothers me...sometimes not. But it does feel like there should have been an ep in between sectionals and hell-o.

I think they are handling the Quinn/Puck horribly. I mean are they together or not? And dont get me started on Rachel/Jesse. The sad part is, is Jesse/Rachel and Puck/Quinn are my two favourite couples in Glee and they have the most inconsistant storylines...

I think perhaps some are taking a show were a person like Sue get's to teach kids and were people randomly burst into song, a bit to seriously. I for one think it's OK. Don't watch for the realism. Beside life is complicated and so are relationships: sometimes you don't exactly know were you stand with someone.

IKR! Especially when Quinn said something like.. the drama with Puck's mom last episode.. I'm like, WTF?

it annoys me sometimes cuz i feel like iv totally missed something, but other times i realise they do it just to keep the lighthearted aspect of the show. if they indulged too much on couples, the show wouldnt be the same.

This annoys me SO MUCH! Especially how the writers handle Puck/Quinn and Rachel/Jesse. I love both couples but their storylines are so confusing. I still don't understand what Jesse's exact intention was when he joined Glee Club. It really feels like there are some episodes missing.
