Why people pick Lauren? I love her character. She bought joy to this season, because I am tired of Finchel and I don't like Quinn's story line either.

^^^people pick lauren because she has no place in glee... she doesn't sing... at all... doesn't dance, and quite frankly does NOT have a pleasant personality. It doesn't matter if you like her or not, if people like her thats fine by me. But to me picking her is clear.

That voice...THAT VOICE! Gives me the willies. Also, she's a bitch. And not in the 'brutally honest' kind of way like Santana, but the less savoury kind.

Totally agreed with everything you said. I just can't understand why people love her so much. She's a snotty, vain, sneaky bitch, that seems to have a devoted following for reasons I can't begin to understand. The only thing she has going for her is her looks.

Also her voice is a couple octaves away from making dogs howl.

Okay, I'm just going to put down Brittany's 3% share as being an honest mistake on behalf of whatever person chose her ACCIDENTALLY. I mean, it MUST have been an accident right? What kind of person would dislike Brittany, let alone dislike her the MOST out of a cast chock full of extremely grating characters?

@OceanCoast I know right? If she were ugly, plain or even just slightly pretty I'm sure that her fan base would be minuscule. We even had a discussion about Glee in Irish class before the holidays and half of the girls who participated said that their favourite character was Quinn because she was "sooooo pretty". In my opinion, that's just as shallow as somebody saying they don't like Lauren because she's overweight, or that they hate Rachel because of her rather conspicuous nose.

Tina doesn't really do anything, I like Lauren better than her so that says something and Quinn is starting to get on my nerves.

I love Quinn and I think she's one of ythe most complicated people on the show. We saw her best and good times and she's not always a bitch we all saw that. This is not because she's pretty.

^I like Jesse, but I'm pretty sure its just because he's played by Jonathan Groff who blew me away in Spring Awakening (saw it in 07'). His character has like zero redeeming qualities but the second he sings, I forgive him LOL.

As for Lauren, I really don't understand why they added her. I mean yes, its good to see them adding characters of all shapes and sizes, but atleast make sure they can SING first. At Nationals she stood out like a sore thumb even when she wasn't singing because she also didn't seem to know the dance choreography either. WTF?

And there are other characters I don't like all that much too (Jesse, Quinn). I think she is incredibly dull. She's a bitch, too. And I don't find her funny in the slightest. @Oceancoast ya Jesse has zero redeeming qualitities which is absolutely the reason why I can't stand him, however the boy can sing and Jonathan is nothing like Jesse personalitywise he's actually a sweet person.

And Lauren, I shake my head at RIB, what the hell were they smoking when they cast this twit?!?! They claime this is a series seeking out true talent does Ashley fit this category? Hmmm let's see: Can't dance (I know Cory isn't built for dancing either but he actually got better as the series went on and he looks good with the cast), can't sing (common that solo of hers made a foghorn sound like birds singing lol, it was embarassing), and finally can't act worth shit (all her scenes are over the top crap, if you watch carefully the actress actually times her movement between lines and action. She actually makes the actors on the 80s shit film Troll 2 look like Academy Award Winners).

And as for her concert presence, I am so furious!!! She had absolutely no business being there let alone being in the actual movie!!! As much as I really wanted to be apart of that concert experience seeing that no talent twit on stage makes me wanna vomit!! And worse in the movie I'd have to watch her in 3D!!! Get her the f*ck off Glee!!!!!

@ForsakenMoon19, Now I'm gonna keep noticing her dialogue timing issues everytime she's onscreen. I'm pretty sure that's how child actors under 9 are taught to read their lines, so In that respect she's on the same level as the Mini-gleeks.

^I second that finnhudsonishot, he's probably the most realistic character on the show next to Kurt and Cory just plays Finn so incredibly well such an amazing actor/singer/drummer!! Honestly I think he deserves an Emmy nomination for being so good at what he does being this 29yr guy playing a believable awkward 17yr and his story to fame is so inspirational considering what he went through growing up!! Cory is nothing like Finn in real life and he just transforms into this character like it comes naturally!! Definitely the BEST thing to happened to Glee!!

I think my issue with Finn is just how much his character has changed for the worse starting with the Basment thing with Kurt to outing Santanna the way he did. He has had his mean streaks and then turns around to being everyones friend. I can take Santana's bitchyness, Quinns manipulataions, Laurn's rudness, and Rachels supriortiy complex. But pretending to be someones friend and then punching them in the stomach(emotionly) and then being their friend again...sigh. I miss the Finn that sung to the sonogram.
