they were tryin 2 get izzy to decide if she should get the surgury или not and alex was tryin 2 make her have it and meridith was talkin her out of it but at the end izzys friend who tryed it the other way went into cardiac arest so izzy went to get the surgury but sighned a dnr. meanwhile the chief was tryin 2 get bailey 2 stay by buyin new medical equitment and Calleigh cut off a healthy leg. In the 2nd part george sighned up 2 be a trama surgeon in the army, and izzy had surgery. chief finally acepts bailey goin into peds but bailey cant do it anymore because tucker will leave her.
