Meg had stayed behind in the hospital after Jo had advised her to get a checkup. She wasn’t injured like Cas, but she had still been in ice cold water and she had been in contact with electricity. So, a checkup wouldn’t hurt.
The doctor draw some blood.
“How long have Ты been feeling sick?” he asked.
“Since now, really” Meg answered in full honesty. “One moment I’m feeling fine, the Далее I’m running off to the bathroom, puking my guts out”
“Do Ты get stressed easy?” the doctor asked.
“No” Meg responded. “I don’t know. I’m not really familiar with emotions”
“What were Ты doing right before Ты became sick?” the doctor asked, trying to help.
“I was arguing” Meg confessed and the memory of it, made her tears go wet. She really didn’t get Cas anymore. First he tells her he loves her and then he blames her for all the bad things that happen in his life.
She jumped up when her phone buzzed. She pulled it out and picked up when she saw Sam’s name on the screen.
“Yeah?” she сказал(-а) and she dried her eyes.
“Meg, hi” Sam started, feeling a little awkward. “I was wondering…When are Ты getting home?”
“Why? Is there something to get Главная to?” Meg replied bitter.
“If you’re talking about how Cas treated Ты in the hospital,” Sam glanced at Cas, who looked up by hearing his name, “he really regrets that. He does nothing but sulking, so please, just get here”
Silence, while Meg was thinking about.
“If Cas wants me to come home,” she eventually responded, “then the coward is going to have to ask me himself”
She hung up and turned her phone off.

“Can I come in? This talks so…weird, Ты know. And if Veronica sees us…” Stefan сказал(-а) warning.
“I’m not afraid of Veronica” Rachel сказал(-а) in such way it sounded like she meant the opposite.
Katherine was dragging Gabe’s corpse to the backside of Rachel’s house. She couldn’t get inside the house, so she opened the window to the basement and pushed Gabe’s body inside. She held his shoulders and let him down carefully. When she thought it was безопасно, сейф she let go. The corpse fell on the basement floor, mute for a human ear, but as Katherine heard the thump, she figured Rachel would’ve too.
“Damn it” she mouthed. She stood and looked around. Rachel was nowhere to be seen and from what Katherine could hear, she was still listening philosophized to Stefan. If Rachel had heard anything, she sure didn’t suspect anything.

“Bonnie?” Damon shouted. “Bonnie, where are you? Get back here!” But when nothing happened he understood he had to do this himself. He looked up at the chains and started pulling with all his strength. It hurt immensely, but he couldn’t stop. If this pain was necessary to be with Elena, he would go through it.
After a few minutes, that felt like hours, his right hand was liberated. Without hesitating he pulled his left arm and this time it took less time to free himself.
Then everything went black.
Damon opened his eyes and found himself outside on the spot where Bonnies house used to be. He looked at his arms. They had healed. He scribbled up and looked around. He felt different, like he’d been born again. Elena. He had to see Elena. And so he started walking in the direction of the Boarding House. He could sense she was there.
