Is it true? Is our ship sunken? Well – in canon terms one may say it is but in terms of fanon, Sky is the limit!
We now know that Harry/Hermione are not going to end up together – but that doesn’t mean why we should stop supporting them! Many H/G and R/H Фаны Любовь to tell us to shut up since it’s a moot point. They pester us until we get to the verge of dropping out (not so in my case – I will always remain faithful to Harmony). Do they realise one thing? If they cannot understand why we support a ship even after knowing its not going to happen – it means only one thing, they are not real faithful shippers and they might have dropped out of their shippings if it had not happened. But we stick to it – we defend it- no matter how many people criticize us.[b] WE ARE еще FAITHFUL!
We know the truth though. Whether Ron and Hermione marry and have two kids или not – we know that in reality this relationship is not genuine - we know that Harry and Hermione would have been the better pairing. We know that bickering isn’t a foundation for marriage. Throwing around insults that make the other cry isn’t a sign of love. It’s not the basis for a happy marriage where both sides will be equally happy. There is no trust, no companionship there - they just aren’t equals.
So Harry and Hermione shippers - our ship is not going to happen. However, we do know the truth and what real Любовь is between the characters. We know our hero and heroine should be together. Even is we know that this everlasting Любовь and relationship will never happen, let us let our imaginations run wild with our own inventive Фан fictions instead! Lets support our ship even when everyone else think it has been sunk.
