It seems more like he would dislike working on the same project for too long.

Actually, Emma said something similar to what you said. While filming HBP, she was informed that they were splitting DH into two films. She felt stressed but that was only because the series was taking too long and she wanted to continue with her school work. At the last day of filming DH, she (and a majority of the cast) said that they cried and didn't want it to be over. It was a bittersweet moment. If Rob felt the same, wouldn't he have said "Yes, it is bittersweet". Instead he said "For them" and laughed. Seriously, let's be honest here. He's making it very clear that he's sick of the series and sick of the hype. Plus, 5 films in 4 years is not long. It took HP 7 years to get to film 5.

Don't worry, I am being honest.

We, clearly, have very different definitions of "making it clear". Some vague comment doesn't make anything "clear" for me.

What would be "very clear" would be if he said "I really sick this series. I'm so glad I'm almost done with it for good!"

Instead, he makes jokes, but says he's still open to the idea of continuing. He says he's enjoyed parts of it, and other parts are snnoying and ridiculous. He's said he's grateful how the series kickstarted his career. He's said Edward has issues, he's said Edward is really smart, he's said Edward is stupid, he's said Edward is a good guy.
He's said a lot of things.

I suppose, based on everything he's always saying, he's just sick of it all.
(Not really)

^ fair enough. To me at least, he seems like he's really sick of it all. If he is kidding, then I like his sense of humor.

meh
why do i get a feeling that he said that more as a reaction to the 'fangirl' rather than the movie itself?
because you know how some of them can be... 'wild' to the point of scary.

I recall watching an interview with JK Rowling where she was talking, if I recall, about when the news first started coming out that she was starting on her new book (Casual Vacancy,) and according to JK, Daniel Radcliffe called her straight away to make sure it wasn't another installment of HP. She had to reassure him that it had nothing to do with HP, she wouldn't be writting another book with Harry in it and that he wouldn't be called back to play Harry again. According to JK she won't rule out writing another book set in the HP universe, but Harry's story is finished for good.

It's pretty understandable that both actors would want to move on to different projects and away from the huge hype that cames with being part of either series. Robert specially after these past few months must be looking forward to having less of the spotlight on him.
