Since you say character names, and not actors, I have to go with book descriptions. In the books, Fleur is a veela and hermione is not.

In the movies it's Hermione for me, but as hrrypttrfn328 said, in the books it's obviously Fleur...

Hermione, even in the books, perfect girls piss me off. :) I prefer "a bossy sort of voice, lots of bushy brown hair, and rather large front teeth" girls. :D

I agree, in the books its Fleur hands down. As for the two actors, they're both stunning, but something about Clemence Posey is just so striking - she's beautiful!
