they pretty much cut Andormeda out of the picture. I think Bellatrix and Narcissa are closer.

They clearly care about each other, otherwise Bella wouldn't have bothered following her to Spinners End.

Andromeda was hardly a sister to them, in my opinion. O_O However, Bellatrix and Narcissa interacted a lot more. Obviously, we'd think that they had a stronger bond.

Obviously Narcissa and Bellatrix were closer than Andromeda and Narcissa, but that doesn't mean that they had such a bond. I think that Narcissa was didn't think so high of Bella and that's quite understandable. Narcissa had a strong bond with Lucius and Draco.

I just plain think none of them really understood eachother very well, thus none really have a bond.
