The books were perfect IMO.

The books I wouldn't change at all (well, except maybe Hermione's whole SPEW crusade, which ultimately went nowhere, haha). But there are many things I would change about the movies.

Even though I'd love to bring Bellatrix back I wouldn't know how to do so, she's so attached to Voldemort and would be depressed without him and I can't toss her in Azkaban. And besides what happned happened I wouldn't change it.

Probably not. I really wish Dobby didn't die, and like xElvenPiratex has already said the whole SPEW thing didn't need to be there, but these things don't bother me enough to want to change it.

i have save Remus,Tonks,Fred,Dobby,Severus and Bellatrix and Lily Potter,but im pretty glad and happy for rest of it,Love all the couples some end up together,The friendship,the familys and everything else was pretty good.

I would probably earn less money for me and less fans for Alan Rickman, but if I could edit HP, there'd be no Silver Doe, no Always, no Look at me, no Sev, no any other disgustingly sugary and sweetie story about poor Severus and his dark childhood and adolescence traumas.
Arthur Weasley or someone just as little clichéic would be Teddy Lupin's godfather, and Tonks or Lupin would survive, so that we woN't have a whole new little baby who lived.
And Dumbledore's past would remain as misty and miraculous as it was till book 7. I am so not interested in yet another troubled childhood. But of course I love HP and no offense Ms Rowling. Love you.

Assuming I had the writing ability, I'd save Fred, Remus and Tonks, and change some of the final pairings.

I didn't like it when Dobby or Fred died, I think George's ear being cut off was plenty for the twins! I hated the fact that Serious died, but ah well, if I changed little parts like that the whole book would be different, and it's too good as it is!!!

I would change the way Hedwig died and make the epilogue longer. Nothing else.

Severus would've never died, and would be friends with Lily again somehow, and he would be reedeemed in the wizarding world.

Harry Potter is perfect and to be honest I wouldn't change one thing about it. Not even the deaths, because for me, I have always liked the deaths because I HATE it in movies, TV shows and books where every character lives after some massive war. That isn't reality. Chances are, someone is going to die, if not multiple people, so I think it is great when an author is able to make those sacrifices to make the book even better.

I know that I like to write, but I also know that I will never be able to, or even begin to write on the level of JK Rowling. So in short, no, I would not change and I would definitely not rewrite anything from the Harry Potter series.

I would of only made a little bit of changes:
1. Harry ending up with Hermione.
2. Ginny dying instead of Fred.
3. At least keep Tonks or Lupin (preferably Lupin) alive for Teddy.

Although then I rethink these changes, and with these changes Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny wouldn't all be related thus they would hardly ever see eachother. But by being related, they celebrate Christmas, birthdays and Easter ect.
