Snape loved Lily so much that he gave up everything he had for her, right until the very end of his life. He lost his life trying to protect her son. Who was the man who SAVED Harry, what, fifty-thousand times (He was saved quite a few more times than that, but Severus saved him a lot)? SEVERUS SNAPE. As for no morals, who was he loyal to in the end? Harry and Dumbledore. Who did he kill (to save even more people, like Draco!) out of mercy? Dumbledore. What did JAMES and his 'wonderful' friends do to him? BULLIED HIM. Not Harry's fault for looking like his jerk dad. But he was also loved by Severus for being much like his mother, who betrayed Severus (After he apologized in every way possible), and he still loved her. He lived the rest of his life in lonesomeness and pain, to save an ungrateful boy. He'd do anything for Harry and his mother. And that is just what he did. Everything, always. If he loved the Dark Arts more than Lily, he would have killed Harry from the start. Lily was a part of Harry, and Harry a part of her. May I repeat this important detail: HARRY himself respected and NAMED HIS OWN CHILD after him. posted Больше года.
