I don't hate her...she was a really awesome actress. I don't understand why all the bashing.

I think she's a boring character.

I think Ginny is okay as a character, but Bonnie's acting doesn't fit Ginny's character either (however Mary-Sueish she is).

She is a great female character :)

I don't hate her I just think Bonnie's the weakest actor in the cast which brings her character down for me.

^^^I think mangie1995 hit on something there. The other cast members are so good that even a passable performance like Bonnie's comes off as bad. I've thought much about this and I agree with most of the consensus here that Bonnie and her character were chopped down to size and ignored for most of the series.

I don't get it either...but she's like the most hated character on this site.

I don't hate Bonnie because I don't know her, but I think her acting does need improving. I don't hate Ginny, but she's my least favorite character out of the series.

I mostly dislike Ginny in Books 6 and 7, but even then I think there's something to admire every once in awhile.
