well...if u REALLY think that those who want to be in Ravenclaw is because they want people to think they are intelligent or smart, the answer's yes. But as I doubt that all who like Ravenclaw is like that,i'm not choosing any. please don't go mad at me but that is what I think is fair.

As I don't have access to most people's minds, I' not able to tell the reason why they want to be in Ravenclaw. For that matter, I don't even know if most people want to be in Ravenclaw. I mean most people I know don't even know what Ravenclaw is.

I know my references.. I checked all the polls out there, and they all show a bunch of common kids wanting to be in Ravenclaw. :( It doesn't work like that! :P

Perhaps only people who want to be in Ravenclaw participate in those polls?

But it's kind of a buzz kill.. don't you think? It would be so much cooler if people would just pick a houser they actually belonged in.

Yeah, but part of the reason I at least love HP, is the whole fantasy aspect of it. HP makes me wish I was a powerful witch, that I was one of the good Slytherins, was part Vela, came from an old disgustingly wealthy pureblooded wizarding family, was related to Harry Potter, and possibly named Mary Sue. However, I think that if anyone ever comes up with a test to see what we'd be in the wizarding world and I answered truthfully, I'd probably end up being a Gnome or a Grindylow or something else just as disagreable, and that would be no fun for me ;)

Haha yes, you're right about that.. I would want to be a strong wizard, whom would practice the most ancient charms in private on dummies.. become incredibly powerful. Not evil though. :P

Their lives

I don't think people who aren't smart would do that, and people who are don't need to show it, but they would simple state:I'm in Ravenclaw, because that's the truth.
