When One Direction appeared on The Ellen Show this week, they were joined by actress Rebel Wilson who\'d stopped by to promote her new movie and generally live the fangirl dream by sharing a couch with the boys.

But a handful of the 1D fandom weren\'t too happy about the touchy feely hug that she had with Harry Styles, and after receiving loads of abuse for the way she acted, Rebel\'s been forced to hit Twitter to confirm that, much like smooth orange juice, \'no bits\' were involved.

Rebel was introduced into One Direction\'s chat with Ellen as one of their biggest fans, and she proved it by wearing a 1D af jumper covered in their faces (which we\'d quite like to wear this winter please).

But during her quick appearance on the show, Rebel ended the clip by having a errr…slightly intense hug with Harry which is where all the drama kicked off, because some seem to think that she\'d straddled and um, \'motorboated\' him without his consent. NICE.

From the angle of the camera, it kinda looks as though she shoved her boobs all up in his face, and Twitter soon exploded with Directioners accusing Rebel of inappropriate behaviour and even sexual harassment.

Everyone really needs to take a cookie and chill the fudge out though, because after being hit by such a huge reaction from 1D fans, a slightly confused Rebel was forced to tweet that there had been ZERO contact of any bits, thanks very much.

Reassuring everyone that the sketch was completely pre-planned, she wrote: "yes they all knew. Harry & I hugged backstage after. Seriously 100% professional cross-promotion..no \'bits\' ever touched [sic]".

Just to confirm that Harry didn\'t get a face full of boob, she added: "girls, it was a pre-planned joke and I barely touched him it just looks that way on the camera angle. I love those guys".
