Liechtenstein and Switzerland aren't related, though she normally refers to him as her big brother, and Switzerland is 18, meanwhile Liechtenstein is around 13-15. (Her real age hasn't been revealed) So, I don't seem to find a problem.

Their not related by blood. But Liechtenstein refers to Switzerland as 'big brother' so it could be semi-incest because of a similar brother-sister connection between them. It's confusing.
