Yes it's fake :) every pairing in Хеталия is Фан made, the creator just tosses around Фан service every once in a while (of every pairing Ты can think of) to please us but yeah that's it xD but some things are canon but that's a whole other story (not relating to usuk and omg I'm sorry I'm rambling but i hope i answered your Вопрос ^^)

Fake. USUK is just a greatly Популярное pairing in the fandom that it puts some people under the impression that it's canon.

Basically, there's no canon Хеталия pairings currently.

Himaruya just tosses around fanservice making the Фаны pick up hints and create pairings. And because of history means that even if two characters have never met in canon people can just look through a history book and find connections between countries (South Korea x America anyone?). Anyways, EnglandxAmerica is not official, it's just such a Популярное pairing in the fanbase that people are дана that kind of impression. None of Хеталия couples are official.
