Paint It, White, created by Hidekaz Himuraya, was released on June 5, 2010. Along with it came a new (and popular) song, "World Ondo", which is shown at the end credits of the movie. But I would like to clear up on one thing: what is the real meaning of this song? My other Хеталия fanatic Друзья asked me this Вопрос after hearing the new song, and I started to wonder about that notion.
Now, I will (TRY!) to interpret the real message of this song:
"Wa! Wa! Wa!
Hey, hey, Sole!
Wa! Wa! Wa!
Hey, Soviet Union!"
Now, this might not be particularly important to the highlights of this song, but I loved how Italy considered Russia in the song, as if he was coaxing him to Присоединиться the group despite his frightening character.
"Joining hands, 'Boun Giorno!'
'Konichiwa!' from Japan.
Keeping the peace, 'Guten Tag!'
Now, let's do It-aly together!"
This might mean that we should all joing hands and unite, and finally come to World Peace? That's something we all long for.
"Wa! Wa! Wa! World!
Wa! Wa! Wa! World!
Let's form a circle,
Form a flower,
And dance to the world's beat!"
The last three lines of the chorus may be the most important of all. It tells us to Присоединиться hands, form a circle, form a цветок (which might mean we must learn to make the world as beautiful as a flower, in particular) and "dance to the world's beat". Now this is interesting, that last line right there. You've heard of "dance to the beat of your own drum", right? But, we must also dance to the beat of the world, which might signify to accept one another's differences.
"That jerk England loves sarcasm,
And of course, Parisians Любовь themselves.
Coca-cool it! Don't be NASA-ty!
I've got some vodka. Why don't we...
Open it together! (Don't be Shy-na!)"
Now, these parts start out as a fight, but France and England are rebuked by America. This MIGHT signify us stopping fights between ourselves, accepting our differences, and doing things together.
And since this is the only segment to the song that is shown in the movie, that's all I interpret for now. I'll do another interpretation on the rest of the song, but I must be going!
And, another thing:
"Form a round circle,
Form a flower!
And DANCE TO THE WORLD'S BEAT!!!!!!!!!"
Hasta-de-la-pasta!
Make pasta, not war!!!
