Former Hollyoaks actor James Sutton has landed a guest role in BBC One's flagship medical drama Casualty.

The 25-year-old, who played Популярное character John Paul McQueen for two years, will appear as Eli, a narcoleptic whose condition causes him to spontaneously fall asleep.
