Who should i choose?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

There are two guys i like but im not sure if they like me. one is tan, dark hair, older(by like 14 days), and has a little sister that i am Друзья with. the other one is short, younger than me(by like a year), light brown hair, and has a little brother that is my friend too. They are both Друзья with my brother. we hang out sometimes, but i dont know what to do. we wer all at the пляж, пляжный one день in the summer, and the tan one wanted to go in the water. the short one didnt want to go in the water and then i сказал(-а) i wanted to go in the water, and then he сказал(-а) he wanted to go. WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
