Ты could argue that, but I interpret it as Wilson dissing House cause House dissed Cameron. Don't remember I was looking at Houseisms on housisms.com and it was in one of them...

A clump of dirt isn't a tumor, House was talking about how Cameron looks at anything that isn't normal или happy like she is and empathises with it and makes it her 'project' to make it better.
