Chase and Masters went to the hoarder's room. Masters got especially interested in the woman while Chase wanted to leave. So he said to Masters:"I'll be back for you in July". What does this mean?

I think he just meant that she will finish checking all this stuff until July, so he'll be back after her in July.

she meant that since she is taking so long and that Master doesn't want to leave, he is sarcasticaly saying that he'll be back for her in july meaning that she is taking forever
