In several of the episodes, various characters are seen wearing clothing with a leaf logo/patch on it Does anyone have any idea where the logo is from или what it means???

If this is the logo Ты mean, it is from a clothing company called Ever and Himym use them quite alot. They also have been seen on Barney, Ted & Marshall and the jumper that Stella borrowed from Ted. Their website can be found link.
