She might be a little bit of a threat, but I think the fact that House has been thinking about Cuddy so much lately is a pretty sure sign that he's moved on from Stacy.

I agree^ he might not be so over her but he's actually moving on.

OMG come on. Stacy broke his heart!!! House hates being betrayed, so I'd say he is over her. The last time, he wasn't falling in love with her again--he was contemplating screwing with her marriage and give her false hope like she did with him, bu backed out and sent her away in the end.

Situation B) Unfortunately I can't really think of a realistic Situation B, but fortunately Situation A is extremely unlikely.

if she does return house will make everyone finally show that he is over her mainly try to make Cuddy relies that.
