everyone! This is my fic for the Huli Holiday competition! It's very long I barely stayed within the word limit! I hope Ты like it! My picks were Рождество & Adventure. Enjoy!
It all started when Hugh asked his Друзья to come over for ужин at the end of November. He had told them that he had a Рождество surprise for them and their families, girlfriends, boyfriends, husbands или wives. This Рождество gift would be really different from the other gifts he had дана trough the years as it would rather be called an experience… He told them that this surprise would last from the 24rd of December until the 3nd of January, that they should pack their suitcases with warm clothes, have their passports with them and be at the set of House at 8 am December 23rd. And so it happened. David, Katie and everyone from the cast except Peter wanted to go to this surprise and got to the House-set on time. At exactly 8 am 2 big limousine’s stopped in front of them, Hugh stepped out of the first one and told them all to get in… When they got to the airport all of them thought they would find out where they were going, but when Hugh gave them their ticket’s under destination it only сказал(-а) ‘Hugh’s Рождество Surprise’. Hugh had arranged a private airplane and smirked as everyone was frustrated and excited at the same time, not knowing where they were going. When they landed at Aspen airport, they were quickly brought to limousine’s who would bring them to their destination, the St. Regis Resort in Aspen…
‘O my god! We’re in Aspen!’, Lisa сказал(-а) surprised as she stepped out of the limousine. Hugh smirked as he saw the surprised and unbelieving look on their faces as his Друзья from House stepped out of the limousine one by one. ‘I knew this was gonna be big, but I never imagined Ты would take us to Aspen!’, David said. ‘It’s just so beautiful!’, Jennifer сказал(-а) taking in the surrounding landscape. Hugh smiled, ‘Just wait until Ты see the rest of it…’
Hugh led them to the entrance of the hotel as half of his Друзья were dying from excitement. ‘The St. Regis Resort? Wow! Hugh, that must have cost you… just WOW!’, Olivia said. Hugh just smiled, ‘Who says I’m paying?’ Some people stopped walking and quickly looked around as Hugh laughed. ‘I’m kidding, of course I’m paying for this, now come with me and enjoy your holidays!’ They entered the extremely luxury hotel and were immediately greeted by men taking their luggage from them and waitresses bringing them champagne.
Hugh walked to the reception to get check-in forms for everyone. ‘Mr. Laurie,’, the receptionist smiled, ‘welcome to the St. Regis Resort.’ Hugh smiled, ‘Thank you, I would like to check in please, as would all of the people I brought.’ ‘Of course.,’, the receptionist сказал(-а) and handed Hugh the forms.
Hugh turned around to see all of his Друзья relaxing in the lobby and drinking champagne, except for Lisa as she didn’t drink. ‘Everyone!’, Hugh сказал(-а) and waited until his Друзья were quiet, ‘I have your check in forms, when you’re done filling them in, Ты can go to the reception and get the keys to your lofts. I would like to meet all of Ты for lunch in 2 hours so I can tell Ты how everything works here… And… O…have a wonderful stay…’, Hugh сказал(-а) and winked. Everyone laughed and filled their forms out quickly…
Everyone had already gone up to their rooms as Hugh and Lisa where the last ones to check in. ‘Hugh, Ты didn’t have to do all this Ты know…’, Lisa said. ‘I know, I just wanted to give you,… all of you, something special for Christmas.’, Hugh replied. ‘Just let me pay for my room, please. I would feel so bad if…’, Lisa but Hugh interrupted her. ‘No chance I’m gonna let Ты pay.’ ‘But…’ ‘Leese, I know this costs a lot, but I have all this money and since my divorce finalized 5 months ago, there is no one to spend it. I already have every single material thing I could possibly wish for, but the other things, the еще important things, well Ты know…’, Hugh сказал(-а) and blushed. ‘You don’t want to be alone for the holidays… Is that why Ты brought all of us here?’, Lisa asked. Hugh hung his head and nodded. ‘I just…’, he started. ‘It’s okay… I understand, I don’t like to be alone for the holidays either… But wouldn’t Ты rather spend it with your kids?’, she asked. ‘I would, but they are at their mother’s for Рождество and it was made very clear that I am not invited... They will come over here for New Years though… So I’m looking вперед to that…’, he сказал(-а) and smiled sadly. Lisa nodded and as she didn’t know what to say anymore she turned to the receptionist to check in. ‘Welcome Miss Edelstein, could I please see your passport?’, the receptionist asked and Lisa gave it to her. I mean… Ты gave us all lofts and… even me while I have no one to share it with… I don’t understand…’, Lisa said. ‘I… I’m getting a loft once my children arrive… But until then all the other lofts are taken so...’, Hugh said. ‘So you’ll spend Рождество in a single постель, кровати room, I’m not going to let that happen… Ты did all this for us, now let me do something for you, please switch rooms with me.’, Lisa said. ‘No, I can’t do that… I can’t take that room away from you…’, Hugh said. He really couldn’t, she was a big reason of why he did this, of course he didn’t want to spend Рождество alone and he liked that a lot of his friend were here, but if she hadn’t come it would still be a lousy Christmas… Lisa sighed as by the look on his face she knew Hugh would never agree to switch rooms, ‘So then how about we share the loft? It’s big enough… There are at least 2 bedrooms and we would Ты know… be alone for Рождество together.’ ‘Really?’, Hugh asked a little too happy he might get to share a room with Lisa, ‘I mean, don’t Ты mind?’, ‘Of course not. I like having Ты around, I just hope Ты won’t get sick of me after 2 days.’, she сказал(-а) and laughed. ‘I could never get sick of you.’, Hugh сказал(-а) and smiled as he turned to the receptionist to give his key back…
‘That was some lunch!’, Lisa сказал(-а) as she was getting comfortable on the диван, мягкий уголок in their loft and rubbing her еще than full belly. Hugh smirked, ‘You didn’t have to eat everything in one meal, we have a week left full of meals…’ ‘Great, I better go tell David right now he has to call the writers and get Cuddy pregnant, because I’m going to be so fat when I get out of here!’, Lisa joked. ‘You couldn’t get fat even if Ты ate the whole menu everyday for the Далее week.’, Hugh сказал(-а) and smiled at Lisa. ‘You clearly have no idea how a Jewish tush works.’, Lisa replied as Hugh laughed. ‘I think you’d still have the cutest tushy anyway.’, he сказал(-а) as he sat down Далее to her. ‘Hugh!’, Lisa сказал(-а) slapping him a little. ‘What?’, he asked not knowing what he was doing wrong. ‘Since when are Ты such a flirt?’, she asked smiling up at him. ‘I guess since a few years before my divorce, come to think of it those things might be connected.’, Hugh joked and winked at her.

She had thought there would be еще of her Друзья that didn’t know how to ski, but it appeared that the only ones besides her where Roberts and Omars children… ‘Well… I… was going to read something…and maybe take a bath or…’, Lisa said. ‘O, come on… It’s no fun to ski alone…’, Hugh said. ‘I bet the other ones will be there too, Ты can ski with them…’, Lisa said. ‘But I want to ski with you.’, Hugh сказал(-а) without thinking. Lisa was taken aback by his response, ‘Wh-what?’ Hugh had quickly gotten off the диван, мягкий уголок and was walking through the room. ‘Nothing, just… I.. I guess I could go ski with the others if Ты don’t want to…’, he said. They went to get some ski’s and Форс-мажоры as they hadn’t brought those with them. The only skisuit that was small enough for Lisa was a children’s suit that was bright розовый with little stars on it. Hugh smiled as he saw Lisa come out of the women’s dressing room. ‘I look ridiculous’, Lisa pouted but smirked when she saw that Hugh’s suit wasn’t that amazing either. Hugh’s suit had an appropriate color for his age, dark blue with red and grey parts, but being tall and thin his suit was way too big, the length was okay but the waist made the suit look like it would fit Santa. ‘You say Ты look ridiculous, while I’m wearing a suit we could wear together, besides I think Ты look cute.’, Hugh сказал(-а) and smiled again. ‘Again with the flirting!’, Lisa сказал(-а) and smiled and hit him playfully on the arm. ‘And I don’t look cute, I look like ski-Barbie.’, she said. ‘O well, Ты ski-Barbie, me Santa I guess we always made an odd couple.’, Hugh сказал(-а) and winked intentionally. Lisa smiled and blushed. ‘Come on Barbie, let’s go get our ski’s and to the chairlift.’, Hugh сказал(-а) and couldn’t help but smile.
They stood waiting in line for the chairlifts when Lisa suddenly saw it wasn’t as easy getting on the lift as she thought it would be and she started to get a little anxious. ‘Hugh? I ehm… I think I need to go to the bathroom…’, Lisa said. She thought it was the perfect excuse. ‘But we’re almost there! Can’t Ты go when we get back down? It won’t take that long anyways…’, Hugh said. That’s what Ты think, Lisa thought. How was she ever going to get down again? Why did she agree on this? She had no idea how to ski! Even though it didn’t look that difficult, Hugh would notice when she fell down 5 times in 30 секунды или when she didn’t know how to get into the chairlift… ‘Hugh… I… ehm…’, Lisa tried again. ‘Leese… are Ты okay?’, Hugh asked getting a little worried about his friend. ‘Yes it’s just that… I… I don’t know how to ski, I’ve never done it before.’, she said. The truth was out and boy did that feel good, embarrassing but good, now she wouldn’t have to get on the chairlift. ‘O sweetie,’ Hugh laughed, ‘why didn’t Ты say that before?’ ‘Because… because I didn’t want to be the one grown-up that had to have lessons with the 5-yearolds.’, she said. Hugh smiled and hugged her, ‘You don’t have to, they have groups for grown-ups too. But if Ты want, I could also be your teacher...’ ‘You’d do that?’, Lisa asked hopefully looking in his eyes. ‘Of course, come on it’ll be fun. First lesson will be the chairlift. Don’t worry I’ll help you.’, Hugh сказал(-а) and at that Lisa smiled. She didn’t care what other people would think about her, she got Hugh as her ski-teacher.
‘I made it!’, Lisa smiled happily as she got out of the chairlift. ‘Such a quick student.’, Hugh сказал(-а) and smiled. ‘So what are we going to do know, Mr. Laurie?’, Lisa asks with innocent eyes. ‘Well Lisa, I think we should go over there, no one is горнолыжный спорт, лыжи there and it doesn’t seem so difficult, I think it’s a great place to learn how to ski.’, Hugh said, pointed and grabbed Lisa’s hand. To feel me up?’, Lisa сказал(-а) and smirked at him. ‘That obvious?’, Hugh asked and winked as Lisa picked some snow up from the ground and threw it at him. ‘Throwing snow at your teacher, Ты must be a very bad girl!’, Hugh сказал(-а) and also picked up some snow from the ground and made it into a snowball then threw it at her. Lisa quickly got out of her ski’s and Hugh did the same as they got into a snowball fight. Lisa squealed as she got a snowball into Hugh’s suit. ‘O Ты little devil, don’t Ты think you’ll get away this easy!’, Hugh сказал(-а) as he ran after her. He was a little faster than she was and when he got close enough he swept her of her feet and lay her down into the snow as he straddled her. She quickly grabbed around and threw some snow in his face so she could pull him down and soon they were laughing and rolling around in the snow. Lisa was currently sitting on вверх of Hugh while trying to get еще snow into his suit as they heard someone speak behind them. ‘Well, I see some people are having fun here.’, they quickly looked up to see it was Robert. Both Lisa and Hugh blushed as Robert smirked, ‘What are Ты guys exactly doing here?’, he asked. ‘You sure Ты want to know?’, Hugh asked. ‘Pretty much.’, Robert сказал(-а) as he looked at Lisa questioningly. ‘Hugh’s teaching me how to ski.’, she answered. Robert laughed, ‘That’s some interesting techniques he’s learning Ты then.’ ‘Shouldn’t Ты go ski with your wife или something?’, Lisa asked. Robert smirked, ‘I guess I should.’, with that he left his Друзья alone thinking how this was turning out to be a great Рождество for them.
‘O come on Hugh! We’ve gone over this thing again and again! I think I know how to ski now! We’ve gone up and down at least 40 times now!’, Lisa сказал(-а) a little irritated. ‘I’m sorry, I just thought…’, he сказал(-а) and looked at Lisa, ‘I’m sorry. Ты know what, maybe we should go back to our loft. It looks like the weather is getting bad so we can’t stay out here for long now anyway.’ ‘Okay, but then can we please do one race?’, she asked. ‘Leese…’, he said. ‘Please, just one time, please it’ll be fun I promise!’, she сказал(-а) and looked at him with her best puppy-dog eyes. When she looks at him like that he knows he can’t resist her and he has to obey, ‘Okay, one race. But let’s go over there than, so we won’t ski into any other people.’ Lisa skies to the place Hugh pointed at as quickly as possible while Hugh goes after her smiling. Both busy with other things they completely overlook a sign, ‘DANGER, NO SKIING’ as on вверх of that the weather has started to get worse…
‘So where is the finish line?’, Hugh asked. ‘I guess it is at the end of the hill, Ты know the at the level of the coffeehouse…’, Lisa said. ‘Okay, how about we make the coffeehouse the finish? Who gets there first, wins the race.’, Hugh replied. ‘What does the winner get?’, Lisa asked. ‘Eternal glory and a cup of hot chocolate?’, Hugh tried to come up with something. ‘Make the hot Шоколад with whip cream and Ты got yourself a deal.’, Lisa сказал(-а) and smiled at him. ‘Whip cream it is.’, Hugh smiled back at her. ‘So let’s get into position. Ready?’, Lisa asked. ‘Ready.’, Hugh said. ‘And…. GO!’, Lisa сказал(-а) and off she went. Hugh was a little behind her, but he kind of did that on purpose as he wanted to keep an eye on her.

She screamed as she fell and Hugh quickly skied around the холм, хилл and to the place he saw Lisa fall. ‘Leese?’, Hugh сказал(-а) as he didn’t see his friend anywhere. He quickly got out of his ski’s and ran over to help dig her out of the snow. ‘Please get me out… It’s really cold in here and my foot hurts.’, Lisa сказал(-а) as Hugh tried to get her out. She was in pretty deep and it cost him quite a while to get her out. Also there was a snow blizzard going on around them which didn’t make it any easier for him…
When he had dug her out he quickly lifted her into his arms as she hugged him close. ‘Thank you…Did Ты see what happened?’, Lisa asked as he sat down on a rock with her. ‘Well Ты were горнолыжный спорт, лыжи in front of me and then suddenly Ты fell down…’, Hugh said. Lisa nodded, ‘The snow wasn’t steady...how is that possible?’ ‘I don’t know, but don’t worry you’re безопасно, сейф now.’, Hugh сказал(-а) and smiled at her. ‘My hero.’, Lisa сказал(-а) giggling. ‘Hmm, I would be a very bad teacher if I didn’t help my students when they got in trouble.’, Hugh replied. ‘But Hugh, what are we going to do now?’, she asked him seriously. ‘I don’t know, I guess we should walk back to the main ski area and then down...’, Hugh said. ‘That’s a good idea, but do Ты know which way we came from? Because I have no idea, the blizzard is clouding my view and it’s getting dark soon now…’, Lisa сказал(-а) as she got out of Hugh’s lap. ‘Aaaww!’, Lisa yelled as she tried to stand, ‘My foot, aww, it hurts so bad...’ She quickly sat down again. ‘Which one?’, Hugh asked concerned. ‘The left one, it really hurts.’, Lisa сказал(-а) as tears had formed in her eyes. ‘I guess we should take a look at that first then. I’m not letting Ты walk when your foot could be broken.’, Hugh сказал(-а) trying to get Lisa’s boot off. ‘Aaw! Hugh that really hurts!’, Lisa сказал(-а) as her boot was taken off. ‘I can see that.’, Hugh сказал(-а) looking at her foot. Her ankle was twisted and blood was collecting under her skin. ‘I think Ты broke your ankle…’, Hugh сказал(-а) as he put Lisa’s носок on again. ‘I broke it?’, Lisa asked a few tears sliding down her cheeks. ‘Yes, there’s no way I’m letting Ты walk now.’, Hugh сказал(-а) as he dried her tears with his hands.
‘But Hugh… If I can’t walk what are we going to do?’, Lisa asked him worried. ‘Did Ты bring your phone?’, Hugh asked her. ‘Ehm…’, Lisa сказал(-а) feeling her pockets, ‘Yes! I did!’ She quickly gave it to Hugh. ‘O, no… Hugh сказал(-а) as he looked at the phone.’ ‘What? Is it broken?’, she asked. ‘No, it’s not it’s just out of reach plus the batteries are low, which means that even if we get to a place where we’re not out of reach we can’t call someone because the batteries have died by then.’, Hugh сказал(-а) sadly. ‘So? What now?’, she asked. ‘I would carry Ты all the way, but I can’t see anything now it’s gotten dark and the blizzard isn’t helping either. I think we should look for a place to stay for a while so we can wait till somebody comes looking for us.’, Hugh сказал(-а) as he hugged Lisa closer. ‘But...’, Lisa сказал(-а) getting a little scared. ‘It’ll be okay Leese, if no one finds us tonight, I’ll carry Ты tomorrow. The минута the sun rises I’ll start walking.’, Hugh said, ‘Don’t worry, I’ll protect you.’
After looking around for a few minutes, Hugh found some sort of a cave and brought Lisa there so she was save from the blizzard. It was almost completely dark in the cave, but when Hugh sat down with Lisa in his arms he got a box out of his pocket and lit a match. ‘Where did Ты get those?’, Lisa asked him as she could now see him in the soft light the match gave them. ‘I brought them…’, Hugh сказал(-а) and watched Lisa as she was sitting between his legs her head resting on his chest. ‘Why did Ты bring matches? Did Ты plan on getting stuck here with me?’, Lisa asked. ‘If Ты wanted to spend Рождество Eve with me Ты could have just asked.’, she сказал(-а) playfully. ‘I didn’t plan on this, I brought them because I brought my cigarettes…’, Hugh сказал(-а) ashamed. ‘You’re smoking again? But Ты quit 9 months ago! Ты were so proud of that!’, Lisa said. ‘I know, it’s just with the divorce and everything… I kind of started again… I’m sorry.’, Hugh сказал(-а) and softly stroke her hair. ‘Are Ты going to quit again?’, Lisa asked. ‘I-I.. ehm…’, Hugh stumbled. ‘For me?’, she asked sweetly as Hugh lighted another match. Hugh looked into her eyes, those beautiful eyes of which the color could change from green to blue to grey, he couldn’t deny her anything and if she wanted him to quit smoking, he would. ‘I will, but if it gets hard, will Ты help me?’, he asked. ‘I will, I promise.’, Lisa сказал(-а) and kissed his cheek.
The blizzard was still going strong outside the cave and they had already been in the cave for two hours. ‘Hugh?’, Lisa asked softly. ‘Hmm?’, he replied. They decided to only light matches now and then as they didn’t want to run out of them, but without the light the matches gave them it was hard to read each other’s faces. ‘I’m cold…’, she сказал(-а) as she let out a few little sobs. Hugh rubbed her tiny frame trying to get her warmed up as he tried to pull her even closer against him. ‘And my ankle hurts so much…’, she sobbed a little more. ‘This is not how I wanted to spend my Рождество Eve.’, she turned her body a little and cried into his chest as Hugh comforted her as well as possible. ‘I’m sorry Leese, I… I know this isn’t exactly a Рождество fantasy…’, he said. ‘It’s еще like a nightmare… Why haven’t they come to get us yet? What if they never find us and the blizzard holds on and the cave is completely hidden by the snow!’, she сказал(-а) panicking. ‘O sweetie’, Hugh сказал(-а) as he lit a match so he could see her face. He softly wiped her tears from her face as he saw the fear and pain in her eyes. He knew her ankle must hurt a lot and if he could wish for one thing it would for her ankle to be healed and pain free, but he couldn’t help her… He stroke her hair, but as her sobs got louder again he didn’t know how to comfort her anymore. He had done everything in his power already… He couldn’t tell her it was going to be okay, because he didn’t know if it was and she would know he was just saying that to calm her down. Not knowing what to do или say anymore he went with his first instincts and pressed his lips to hers, taking them both by surprise but immediately enjoying the warmth the Kiss brought. He hadn’t known how cold his lips had gotten until they met Lisa’s.
She didn’t know how to react at first, but after a few секунды her eyes fluttered shut and she gave into him, enjoying his tongue warming her lips and the Kiss warming her soul. She forgot about the pain and the cold and just let him comfort her. After a while they hesitantly broke the kiss. Lisa rested her head against his chest again and wrapped her arms around his body as a little smile played on her lips. Hugh smiled as he could still feel and taste her lips on his. She tasted like strawberries, coconuts and whip cream, sweet but special and he knew he could never get enough. They sat in a comfortable silence for a while until they both started to get cold again. ‘I think Ты should get into my suit with me.’, Hugh сказал(-а) suddenly. ‘What?’, Lisa frowned, ‘You want me to get into your pants?’ she laughed, ‘That is some bold Переместить Hugh.’ Hugh smirked, ‘I know, but we’re both cold and I don’t want Ты to freeze so I thought maybe we can keep each other warm with our body heat, plus my suit is big enough for the both of us.’ Lisa smiled, ‘But before we are both in your suit I have to take mine of, which will be very cold.’ ‘I know, but still I think…’, Hugh said. ‘That Ты want my half naked body pressed against yours.’, Lisa сказал(-а) smirking. ‘I admit that sounds very attractive, but that’s not why I am suggesting it.’, Hugh сказал(-а) thanking god that Lisa couldn’t see him turning beet red. After a few минуты Lisa agreed with Hugh and they thought of a plan to get Lisa out of her suit and in to Hugh’s suit the quickest…
‘So, Ты can already get your arms out of your sleeves and hold them at your sides without opening the suit.’, Hugh сказал(-а) as Lisa tried to do that. ‘Done… So what’s next?’, she said. ‘I’ll get your boots of and try to pull the end of your suit over your feet so that when I unzip it the suit will fall right off you.’, he сказал(-а) and started to get rid of her boots. ‘Just watch my ankle please.’, she сказал(-а) trying to hide the pain as Hugh got the boot of her left foot. ‘Okay, so now I’ll unzip my suit, then I unzip yours and hold Ты up so it’ll fall off you. Then Ты get into my suit as quick as Ты can and I’ll zip my suit up. Ready?’, Hugh asked. ‘Ready.’, Lisa сказал(-а) as Hugh unzipped his suit…
A few минуты later they were lying down in the cave, Hugh using Lisa’s suit as a подушка while Lisa lay on вверх of Hugh as if he was a big mattress. ‘You were right about the body heat. ‘O my god! We’re in Aspen!’, Lisa сказал(-а) surprised as she stepped out of the limousine. Hugh walked to the reception to get check-in forms for everyone. ‘Mr. Laurie,’, the receptionist smiled, ‘welcome to the St. Regis Resort.’ Hugh smiled, ‘Thank you, I would like to check in please, as would all of the people I brought.’ ‘Of course.,’, the receptionist сказал(-а) and handed Hugh the forms.

Hugh’s suit had an appropriate color for his age, dark blue with red and grey parts, but being tall and thin his suit was way too big, the length was okay but the waist made the suit look like it would fit Santa. ‘You say Ты look ridiculous, while I’m wearing a suit we could wear together, besides I think Ты look cute.’, Hugh сказал(-а) and smiled again. ‘Again with the flirting!’, Lisa сказал(-а) and smiled and hit him playfully on the arm. ‘And I don’t look cute, I look like ski-Barbie.’, she said. ‘O well, Ты ski-Barbie, me Santa I guess we always made an odd couple.’, Hugh сказал(-а) and winked intentionally. They stood waiting in line for the chairlifts when Lisa suddenly saw it wasn’t as easy getting on the lift as she thought it would be and she started to get a little anxious. ‘Hugh? I ehm… I think I need to go to the bathroom…’, Lisa said. She thought it was the perfect excuse. ‘But we’re almost there! Can’t Ты go when we get back down? It won’t take that long anyways…’, Hugh said. That’s what Ты think, Lisa thought. How was she ever going to get down again? Why did she agree on this? She had no idea how to ski! He was a little faster than she was and when he got close enough he swept her of her feet and lay her down into the snow as he straddled her. She quickly grabbed around and threw some snow in his face so she could pull him down and soon they were laughing and rolling around in the snow. When he had dug her out he quickly lifted her into his arms as she hugged him close. ‘Thank you…Did Ты see what happened?’, Lisa asked as he sat down on a rock with her. ‘Well Ты were горнолыжный спорт, лыжи in front of me and then suddenly Ты fell down…’, Hugh said. ‘But Hugh, what are we going to do now?’, she asked him seriously. ‘I don’t know, I guess we should walk back to the main ski area and then down...’, Hugh said. ‘That’s a good idea, but do Ты know which way we came from? Because I have no idea, the blizzard is clouding my view and it’s getting dark soon now…’, Lisa сказал(-а) as she got out of Hugh’s lap. ‘Aaaww!’, Lisa yelled as she tried to stand, ‘My foot, aww, it hurts so bad...’ She quickly sat down again. ‘Which one?’, Hugh asked concerned. ‘The left one, it really hurts.’, Lisa сказал(-а) as tears had formed in her eyes. ‘I guess we should take a look at that first then. Hugh that really hurts!’, Lisa сказал(-а) as her boot was taken off. ‘I can see that.’, Hugh сказал(-а) looking at her foot. Is it broken?’, she asked. ‘No, it’s not it’s just out of reach plus the batteries are low, which means that even if we get to a place where we’re not out of reach we can’t call someone because the batteries have died by then.’, Hugh сказал(-а) sadly. ‘So? What now?’, she asked. ‘I would carry Ты all the way, but I can’t see anything now it’s gotten dark and the blizzard isn’t helping either. I think we should look for a place to stay for a while so we can wait till somebody comes looking for us.’, Hugh сказал(-а) as he hugged Lisa closer. ‘But...’, Lisa сказал(-а) getting a little scared. ‘It’ll be okay Leese, if no one finds us tonight, I’ll carry Ты tomorrow. After looking around for a few minutes, Hugh found some sort of a cave and brought Lisa there so she was save from the blizzard. It was almost completely dark in the cave, but when Hugh sat down with Lisa in his arms he got a box out of his pocket and lit a match. ‘Where did Ты get those?’, Lisa asked him as she could now see him in the soft light the match gave them. ‘I brought them…’, Hugh сказал(-а) and watched Lisa as she was sitting between his legs her head resting on his chest. ‘Why did Ты bring matches? Hugh looked into her eyes, those beautiful eyes of which the color could change from green to blue to grey, he couldn’t deny her anything and if she wanted him to quit smoking, he would. ‘I will, but if it gets hard, will Ты help me?’, he asked. ‘I will, I promise.’, Lisa сказал(-а) and kissed his cheek.
The blizzard was still going strong outside the cave and they had already been in the cave for two hours. ‘Hugh?’, Lisa asked softly. ‘Hmm?’, he replied. He had done everything in his power already… He couldn’t tell her it was going to be okay, because he didn’t know if it was and she would know he was just saying that to calm her down. Not knowing what to do или say anymore he went with his first instincts and pressed his lips to hers, taking them both by surprise but immediately enjoying the warmth the Kiss brought. He hadn’t known how cold his lips had gotten until they met Lisa’s.

‘So, Ты can already get your arms out of your sleeves and hold them at your sides without opening the suit.’, Hugh сказал(-а) as Lisa tried to do that. ‘Done… So what’s next?’, she said. ‘I’ll get your boots of and try to pull the end of your suit over your feet so that when I unzip it the suit will fall right off you.’, he сказал(-а) and started to get rid of her boots. ‘Just watch my ankle please.’, she сказал(-а) trying to hide the pain as Hugh got the boot of her left foot. ‘Okay, so now I’ll unzip my suit, then I unzip yours and hold Ты up so it’ll fall off you. Then Ты get into my suit as quick as Ты can and I’ll zip my suit up. Ready?’, Hugh asked. ‘Ready.’, Lisa сказал(-а) as Hugh unzipped his suit…

A few hours after living Lisa’s Фэнтези they hear something outside. Hugh decides it must be people as there aren’t any Животные here except for squirrels and birds and they sound different. ‘Hello?’, Hugh yells. ‘Mr. Laurie?!’, he hears someone scream back. ‘We’re here! We’re in the cave!’, Hugh screams. ‘Quick light some matches!’, Lisa says as Hugh does it. ‘We have lit a few matches!’, Hugh screams as he sees people with flashlights coming their way. ‘Hugh, Lisa! Are Ты okay?’, a worried Robert says as he runs closer to his friends. The rescue troops and Robert arrive at the cave and can’t help but smile as they see them both in one suit. ‘I’m okay, but Lisa’s isn’t. Her ankle hurts a lot and I think it’s broken.’, Hugh says as the rescue troops lift them both on a brancard. ‘How did Ты know we were out here?’, Lisa asks. ‘Remember I saw Ты having a snowball fight? Lisa’s ankle was indeed broken, but she didn’t have to be operated as they could push her Кости back into place from the outside. She liked to be picked up into his arms and brought anywhere she wanted. She did have a wheelchair, but she liked being carried better. The hotel had apologized for not putting out a clearer danger sign and for not checking if they got off the piste, as an apology Hugh and Lisa got updated to the presidential suite for the rest of their holiday.

Lisa grinned like a fool as she saw he named one of the songs after her. ‘You wrote this one for me?’, Lisa сказал(-а) as she pointed at the song that carried her name. ‘I wrote all of them for you…’, Hugh сказал(-а) as he blushed even еще and Lisa’s eyes filled with tears of joy. ‘Will Ты put the CD on?’, she asked as she gave it to Hugh. ‘I will if you’ll open the other gift.’, Hugh сказал(-а) and Lisa nodded. She ripped the paper of what turned out to be a small box. She opened the box and there lay a beautiful bracelet, silver with small blue stones, and earrings that matched the bracelet. A few tears slid down Lisa’s cheek as she pulled Hugh down the секунда he was in reach again and kissed him. ‘I guess that means Ты like it?’, he asked. ‘I Любовь it.’, she сказал(-а) as she put the bracelet on and the earrings in her ears. I guess that doesn’t match my eyes…’, Hugh сказал(-а) joking. Lisa laughed. ‘You don’t have to get me anything, just being with Ты for Рождество is the most amazing gift I got in years.’, he said. ‘O Ты romantic fool.’, Lisa сказал(-а) and started to Kiss him as the first song he wrote for her started to play in the background. Hugh lay down on the carpet in front of the fireplace and pulled Lisa on вверх of him as they started to get rid of each other’s clothes… Both thinking this was definitely the best Рождество they ever had…
