Well, I'm making preperations for a new story или comic for Saber...help me please?

The plot: Saber gets recruited by the Tallest to go to Earth to torture Zim.

1. Should I make a story или a comic? (If I make a story, I'll add illustrations.)

2. Should I include other OC's besides my own, или would that just ruin it?
