Anyone ever had this problem?

I had an accident with my сделать ставку, ipod a hours назад ago; I was walking home, I tripped, I fell and my сделать ставку, ipod hit the concrete pretty hard. Now something strange is happening to it;

If I were to play it without my headphones plugged in, I can hear music. But when I plug my headphones in, I can't hear a sound at all. I don't know what's wrong with it, или what I did или how to fix it.

Have Ты had this problem before and/or have any idea on what to do for it?

The only reason I can think of is that the headphone jack malfuntioned. Here's an answer from another website.

The problem is the internal headphone jack has malfunctioned. To fix the problem first try doing a hard reset, then update your сделать ставку, ipod with the newest version for it. Also try blowing it out with canned air. If this does not work and Ты are still under warranty schedule an appointment with a genius at your local яблоко Store. If Ты don't have a warranty then order an internal headphone jack online and install it yourself, because яблоко will charge Ты еще than your сделать ставку, ipod is worth.
