わたしのなまえはジョシュアです。This sentence is grammaticaly correct. The form of it with Kanji looks like this btw: 私の名前はジョシュアです。

わたしはアメリカをすんで＆わたしは２４さいです。You made a small mistake in this sentence. Cause it's に住んでいる. I think if Ты трещина, сплит up this sentence in two sentences, it would flow better btw. Like: 私はアメリカに住んでいる。そして、私は２４（二十四)歳です。

わたしはにほんごがだいすきです。This sentence is also totally correct. The form with Kanji would be: 私は日本語が大好きです。

たのしい＆かんたんにまなぶです。This sounds a little strange to me, grammatically. I would probably change this sentence into something like this: 私にとって、日本語を学ぶことは楽しくて、簡単ですから。

さらに、わたしはアート＆ライティングがだいすきです。I would make some small changes and change it into this: さらに、私は日本の芸術や日本のライティングシステムが大好きです。

わたしのおきにいりカラーがあかいです。I would change this sentence into this: 私の一番が大好きな色は赤いです。

いつか、わたしはにほんがほしいをほうもんする。I would change this sentence into this: いつか、私は日本を/に(I'm not sure which of these two particles should be used here)訪れたいです。

にほん＆ひとをクールです。I would change this sentence into this: 私にとって、日本と日本人はかっこいいですから。

じゃ、またな！I would only change the last character Ты used here. So, the sentence would become: じゃ、またね！

Btw, just some extra information, for if Ты are interested: 私 is the gender neutral term to address yourself, although it's mainly used by women. あたし is the term most women use to address themselves, 僕 is the term most young man use to address themselves and 俺 is the term most older man use to address themselves.
