Grace sobs on him. "My miscarriage..." She chokes out silently.

Grace nods and sobs. "Back when I was twenty! He or she would have been about Edmond's age if I had had it, twenty four if it was living today."

"And I remember being so happy and excited...And then I was so stupid and went by to tell the would be father." Grace takes a deep breath. "And he was so angry he pushed me down his apartment stairs...And then there was so much blood and pain–" Grace starts sobbing again.

Grace nods and hugs him as she cries. "And I went to the hospital and they told me it had miscarriaged and I had it burried near mom and dad..."

Grace hugs him close and sobs. "And Darla and my aunt, they each told me afterwards it had been life telling me that I shouldn't have kids and that I'd be a terrible mother and that the chick was better off like that..."

The older male penguin is there with a fever, cough and shivers. He looks sick and tired.

Elly looks at them. "I wanna go to schwool!" She squeaks.

Grace looks at her. "But your only a month old, you have to be at least three years to be in school with other chicks."

Caly nods some. "But he obviously has a fever and a cough and the way he holds himself shows that he is sore. Classic flu. Though, it might have encroached to bronchitis or meningitis which I will now check about."

"But...Qe can see about maybe homeschooling you a bit until then." Grace says.
