So yeah...it's 0530 and I'm up Письмо BEFORE I go to work....not a good sign. BUT..well I went running this morning before I came on here *Not sleeping is FUN LOL nope* and while running I think I figured some of this story out. Well....here we go :)

End of Chapter 2

I followed Charlie into the house, he walked past the other officers and into the кухня where he motioned for me to take a seat. I sat down watching him as he took the ice pack off his head and ran his hand over his head, wincing when he touched a tender spot on his head. His hand came back with blood, he shook his head and walked over to the sink, rinsing it down the drain before turning back to face me.

"Edward, why did Ты come back?" He asked cautiously.

Ummm because I spend every night with your daughter? No I couldn't say that. Because I knew that Bella has gone missing....nope couldn't tell him that either unless I wanted to be a suspect.

"I had just gotten Главная and Carlisle has a police scanner. It went off with your address, I knew I had to come make sure Ты both were alright." I сказал(-а) as I lied to him.

"Oh, yes I suppose they did announce the address." He сказал(-а) еще to himself then me. "Edward, after Ты left..." Charlie сказал(-а) as he came back and sat down across from me. "After Ты left...well I don't remember much except for being hit in the head." He сказал(-а) as he reached up and touched the ice pack.

I was pretty sure that Charlie had a concussion, he probably should be going to the hospital for a MRI или CT scan, but with what I knew...I knew that he would not be going anywhere any time soon.

"When I came to," He сказал(-а) slowly. "Bella was gone, I don't know what happened. She was making dinner, she сказал(-а) she had to run upstairs to get something and that's the last thing I remember." Charlie cried as he put his head in his hands, his tears flowing down his arms onto the table.

I was shocked, Alice had been right. She was gone. It sounded like she didn't leave to get away, on her own choices..but she was forced..taken. Who would take her away from her family, her friends...from me?

Chapter 3

I felt myself following Charlie into depression. I felt myself spiraling into self doubt, hate, distrust, disbelief and anger. This was my fault, if I hadn't left her, if I would have stayed while she made dinner. If I would have stayed, then she would be in my arms right now, safe.

"Edward?" Charlie asked.

I didn't realize I had stood up, he was sitting in his chair looking up at me, trying to figure out what was going on.

"Sorry," I сказал(-а) as I sat down.

"I know you're worried about her, don't worry..we'll find her." He said. The way he сказал(-а) it...it was like he was trying to convince himself еще then he was trying to convince me.

I was about to try and comfort Charlie when my phone rang again in my pocket. I moved slowly, reaching into my pocket and putting it to my ear without looking to see who it was....I already knew.

"Alice?" I guessed.

"You need to go check her room." She сказал(-а) quickly.

"What?"

"Edward, [b]you[/i] need to go check her room." She сказал(-а) again.

"What did Ты see?" I asked as I stood up again, raising one finger to Charlie as be began to ask me a question.

"There is something in her room, it is hidden just for Ты to find. Ты have to go find it...it might be the only way." She сказал(-а) sadly.

"Alright I will look, call me if anything changes." I сказал(-а) as I closed the phone, slowly turning back to face Charlie.

"Is everything alright?" He asked.

"Alice is very worried about Bella, she wanted to come down here...to do whatever she could." I сказал(-а) as I made up the lie.

"Oh, that was sweet of her." Charlie сказал(-а) as he thought of my sister.

"Charlie, she thinks I should look in Bella's room. Do Ты mind?" I asked.

"We have already looked there, Edward."

"I'm sure Ты have, but please can I go look? Please? For Alice?" I pleaded.

"We've already looked, there is no evidence." He said..wincing when he moved his head.

"Maybe Ты should have that checked out." I said, pointing to his head.

"I'm fine, just a headache." He said, shaking his head. If I ever wondered where Bella got her stubbornness from.....

"Edward," Charlie сказал(-а) as he stood up, leaning on the таблица twice to support himself as he got dizzy. "We've already looked, but if it will help you...go ahead. Ты can go check her room." He сказал(-а) as he started walking into the living room.

I was about to thank him when I realized he gave me permission to go, and well I didn't need to be told twice. I followed him into the living room, turning at the stairs and taking them two at a time, doing my best to keep my pace slow.

When I reached the вверх of the stairs, I turned and ran to her door. I opened it quickly, forgetting for just a секунда as I opened it...thinking I would scare her...but no one was in the room.

I sighed to myself as I walked in, sitting on her bed. It looked like she had just walked out of the room, like she would be right back..but she wouldn't. That was just the thought I needed to get myself going...to look for the sign that Alice сказал(-а) was in the room.

I walked around her small room, smelling for anything that wasn't normal. At first the only thing I could smell was Bella's клубника shampoo..the smell breaking my still heart, forcing me to focus on the challenge of finding her.

I had made my way around the room 3 times before a new scent hit my nose. The only thing I could tell by the smell was that the person who left it was not human.

I followed that smell around the room to the loose floor boards where I had hidden Bella's pictures and cd's a few months ago.

I looked around, making sure that no one was watching me as I pulled the boards out of the way. Once pulled back, there was a small envelope sitting in the space..it's Письмо very over the top. It was addressed to me....with the rest of my family's names listed below.

I wanted to rip it open right there and start the hunt for Bella, but written on the envelope was this note:

"Do not open now, Ты must open at home. I have what Ты want, what Ты need...she cried for you.

Do not read until Ты are home...I will know."

My blood ran cold as ice, this person had Bella, he took her!! She had cried for me, and this person took her away...

I grabbed the envelope, afraid of what would happen if I didn't follow directions. I replaced the board in the floor before turning and walking down the stairs as slowly as I could, my expression blank.

"Nothing?" Charlie asked from the couch.

"No, nothing. I think I need to go be with my family, will Ты do me a favor Charlie?" I asked, knowing he had no reason to promise me anything.

"Yes?"

"If any thing changes, will Ты call me?" I begged.

"Yes Edward, now go be with your family." He сказал(-а) sadly.

I nodded as I turned and walked out the front door, the секунда I was secured in my car I called Alice.

"Alice, get everyone together. The.....monster who took her left me a note." I сказал(-а) as I accelerated to my car's limit...racing to get back to my family so that we could begin looking for Bella.
