JUSTIN NOT GOING TO ASK SEL TO MARRY HIM

There's been a rumor going round that Justin was going to ask Sel to marry him on her birthday (Selena turns 19 on the 22 of July).

As reported beforehand on British Now magazine, Justin was сказал(-а) to propose to Sel on her birthday. "'It's her 19th birthday in July and he's planning to propose to her at a birthday party he's organizing for her," told a so-called insider to the magazine.

All of this is really romantic, but it's also NOT true. Justin's rep came out and confirmed that all of these rumors are just that: rumors. No wedding bells for the (too) young couple!
