From the way I see it, Kowalski's gotta be the one most likely and most capable of leaving. Doubt they'd ever make an episode of it, but there you go.

I think the team is pretty secure with four. I doubt anyone would ever resign – I know I wouldn’t!

well duh it,s obvios he will leave for a couple of reasons. 1. he wil quit because skipper is mean to him or 2. he gets fired for almost destorying half of the planet.

I don't think this team will ever split up, unless they do in the very last PoM episode or the last Madagascar film.

I think that Kowalski is most likely if pushed to the last straw (I'm talking about Skipper since Kowalski only clashes with him)... but I'm sure he'll come back, he and Skipper are still friends (and rivals). It wouldn't be much of a PenguinTeam without Kowalski's brains to makes the show interesting. Plus, even the penguins would be bored since half the things they do in each episode is becuase Kowalski makes a plan to do that mission, or his inventions going awry and they must save the day cause they caused the problem.
