1) Lessen your smiles and laughter. This is the single most important step. Even before Ты get to characteristics, remember: Ты can laugh as much as Ты want over a joke by yourself in a quiet place, in your own mind, или at home, but when a person tells Ты a joke, или something funny или joyful, don't smile или laugh.
