I've got an animated gif of when he does, but I'm not sure if it would be appropriate to post. I don't know who created it, but it's something I saved on a floppy a number of years ago. So far, I've only shared it via email with a few people.
...OK, I'm not sure who really wants to see that happen, but if you do, check out: link
That's true, but I'm not sure if they're making any new ones anyway. No matter what, they're always fun to watch, but I always felt sorry for poor old Wile E. Coyote.
I did, but my girlfriend always said that would spoil it -- she was also convinced the Roadrunner was really a girl, since the bird loved to tease Coyote so much -- and since he was so fixated on catching her. I think she was right!
I always assumed that Wile E. was male, but I never really thought about the sex of Roadrunner. I'm not sure if the show or artists ever share whether Roadrunner is supposed to be male or female, but that's a good point.
Not that I have no sympathy for Wile E...but not really. I don't think it's ever supposed to actually happen. (Not fatally for the awesome Roadrunner, at any rate!) o.O; And as many have said, it's more entertaining for the pursuit to go on. (Now what I DO really want to see is the poor Trix rabbit get some FRIGGIN' TRIX...!! Lol.)
I also never considered the Roadrunner possibly being a female. It's an interesting thought, but I still see it as a male.
Not Really..Because if he did manage to catch the Road Runner, wouldn't he eat him? Isn't that why he's chasing him in the first place..so I don't particularly sympathize for him..
