Saying "i like you" and "i cant live without you" are two totally different things. Ты should ask him exactly how he feels. But being a guy i gotta say that if he cares about Ты then he at least deserves a chance.

well... if he went right from "i like u" 2 "i cnt live w/out u", i think that's a bit fast. jst give it 2 him straight b4 u wind up in over ur head.

He has a crush on Ты and Ты don't like him back, seems to be the situation. Tell him straight out that Ты don't feel the same way, and don't do anything that could encourage him, even if Ты feel that Ты want to be nice to him. Spend less time with him if Ты have to. But at the same time, Ты want to keep the friendship Ты have and not let things get awkward between you. It's a difficult situation to be in.

tell him to back off if u dont like him and if u do ask him out
