Well, that depends: do Ты have feelings for Sweetie Pie? If so, then why not give him a chance? If Dream Guy doesn't have those feelings for you, then he doesn't have those feelings. Why waste your time on a guy who doesn't Любовь Ты that way?

I wouldn't spend my life on a dream guy who doesn't Любовь me back.Might as well just be friends.But true Любовь is waiting somewhere and it just might be the sweetie pie.

If someone can't return Любовь back than it's not a relationship at all. The first thing is get to know them (like Друзья first) just to see what they're truly are as people. Beauty is only skin deep is so true. Even though he may look good; he may know it and use it to his advantage, but some people grow out of their looks!! So it may only be short termed.
Expectations are hard to live by even for yourself!! It seems as though the sweetie pie has already a great trait to have. He is еще of a person somebody wants to be with and have for themselves.
Again the decision is all yours so to be honest; Ты like somebody who doesn't like you, and Ты don't really like the person who likes you!! I'd wait and find some who Ты like and they like Ты just as much back!!
